This article provides information on why you may not have received an update yet.
You entered a container number (or Bill of Lading) and did not receive an update regarding the shipment status. There are several reasons why this will occur:
- Data is not available from the carrier. This could mean the shipment has not begun and the carrier has not provided the data. Vizion will continue to check this carrier to see if data comes online for your shipment.
- If you entered mismatched carrier information, Vizion cannot confirm the shipment and will continue to attempt to retrieve data. If you continue to receive a 'no data' status you should verify the details of your shipment.
- Connection with the carrier is down or degraded. Reference will retry immediately and if it continues to fail will be retried at the next scheduled update interval.
- Our system threw an error parsing, enriching, or standardizing your data. The reference will retry immediately and if it continues to fail will be retried at the next scheduled update interval.
