Vizion API status page

The API status page is used to display the current status and availability of the API. Any ongoing or past incidents or outages will be shown on this page.

You are now able to subscribe to updates by clicking the blue button as shown below:

If you have already reached out to Support to subscribe to updates such as this one, you will need to manually subscribe again to also receive updates directly from status.vizionapi.com.

If there are any active incidents, they will be highlighted and displayed directly underneath the subscribe button. You can also subscribe directly a specific incident if you do not wish to subscribe to all updates.

There are five main sections that report the current status and uptime:

  • The Vizion company website
  • The API
  • Terminal connections
  • Rail connections
  • Ocean carrier connections

For the sections relating to the API, rail connections, and ocean carrier connections, you can expand that section for more details by clicking the plus symbol on the left if a service or connection is not operational to see which component has been affected like the example screenshot below.

Lastly, you can see all of the past reported incidents beneath the status and uptime reports.
